All our portholes are mounted on a conical spigot ready for welding, making integration easier and ensuring a direct, permanent bond with the vessel's metal structure. This design guarantees excellent mechanical resistance and long-lasting stability.

The opening system provides effective natural ventilation for interior spaces while maintaining a high level of security and weather protection. Storm shutters (deadlights) are also available as an option for added safety.

The conical shape of the spigot ensures excellent water drainage towards the exterior. This natural slope prevents water from pooling on the seals, reducing premature wear and helping to maintain a watertight seal over time.

Originally designed for industrial use, these portholes offer proven quality, strength, and durability. They are engineered to meet current maritime and inland waterway standards: ISO 1751, ISO 3903, and ES-TRIN 2023/1 CESNI. They are also perfectly suited for houseboats, barge conversions, ships, narrowboats, widebeams and steel pleasure craft.

Ordering and Shipping

Portholes available in stock are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after the acceptance of our quote and receipt of payment. All stock shipments are organised from our warehouses located in France.

To meet the urgent needs of your shipyard or renovation project, we offer express delivery throughout Europe. To ensure optimal protection during transport, all portholes are carefully packaged and shipped on pallets.

Custom-made portholes & scuttles

If our stock products do not perfectly match your project, we offer custom manufacturing of portholes, scuttles, and marine windows, tailored to your specific shapes, finishes, and dimensions.

In this case, once the quote is approved, we provide detailed technical drawings for your review. You can then approve them or request adjustments to ensure the product fully meets your expectations.

Once the plans are finalised, production begins. Manufacturing lead times are generally between 6 and 9 weeks, depending on the product type, the supplier, and current production capacity at the time of the order.
